How we control the journey from bean to cup

First, we select the beans that fit our criteria
Our beans are sourced from producers in Central America and Africa. We select coffee that is shipped from origin in hermetic storage bags, a green coffee transportation and storage device that extends the “fresh-crop” window in the life cycle of green coffee.

Then, we roast to bring out the best in each origin
The more consistent the roasting, the easier and more enjoyable the brewing process. We assign a specific roast profile to each origin to highlight its best characteristics.

And then, we evaluate daily
Our roasters do coffee cuppings of each batch on a daily basis, to evaluate the quality and uniformity of the green coffee. This aids in the production development processes and serves as quality assurance on inventory checks, age, and any profile changes that need to be made.
